    suckiness attributed to lack of calories. but mehh, i'll just reset as i found out i'm a bit high. might switch to low bar.

    **thanks to my girlfriend for recording my session and i thought her to squat in about 5 mins. don't know if it's my great coaching or her ungodly flexibility

    somewhat leaning towards fatloss because my "whatever my mom cooked" diet is really effing me up. couldn't get a job because i'm too stressed on college.

    although in the past, seeing how much I lift makes me care less about my stomach. but now, seeing how much i can't lift makes me feel my extra weight is useless. f'ing chicken and egg scenario.

    i'll just throw in some hard conditioning when christmas break starts.

    just a quick session before hell week in school before the break

    PC 115 for 15 reps scattered. some were good, finally felt the umph of the third pull on some
    press 117.5x5x3 I think this is a PR but I got stronger on 5/3/1 but what the heck still a PR
    chins 11 reps scattered
    DB rows 25left, 15 right

    productive even when lacking calories

    feeling non-calorific so decided to coast.....

    low bar worked up to a surprisingly easy 260x1
    press 120x5x3 PR
    clean worked up to 170x1 full clean w/ straps bec no chalk

    squat 250x5x3, making em as ATG as possible
    press 122.5x5,4,4 PR but will repeat.
    PC 115x5x3 practiced some split cleans
    chins 15x3x3

    new gig for me: run on the way home for conditioning

    and i almost died squat jerking 115.

    power cleans 120x3x2 arm bending so i just stopped , fuck
    hammar chins 5x3 with as little rest in between
