somewhat leaning towards fatloss because my "whatever my mom cooked" diet is really effing me up. couldn't get a job because i'm too stressed on college.
although in the past, seeing how much I lift makes me care less about my stomach. but now, seeing how much i can't lift makes me feel my extra weight is useless. f'ing chicken and egg scenario.
i'll just throw in some hard conditioning when christmas break starts.
