had a chance to hit the scale in about 2-3 months (seriously).
weight was 164 on one scale and 166 on the other. that means i lost bout 5 lbs and with the holidays just right before to boot.

wanted to try BWx50 on squats.
wanted to do it lowbar even though i've been using high bar. bad idea. on rep 10 i "climbed th ebar up to high bar and hit 10 more then reracked. failed my goal due to my shitty conditioning so decided to do 10 more after 1 minute rest and so on until i get 50.
after finishing i almost passed out and puked. bad idea to start my session with this.
after 15 mins. of getting my vision straight practiced OLY press
worked up to 120x1,1,1,1 then a bunch to practice. cant tell if doing it right though bar felt light of the shoulders than regular press.

then in the PM
bear complex 5 reps 10 sets, 30 sec rest between sets using preset home barbell ~50lbs

new shit i'm planning to do:
5/3/1 2x a day
day 1 squat, squat BBB, shrugs, chins-backext. combo
day 2 deadlift(still on LP), press, Dips/db press BBB, chins backext combo
will make maxes sooper light.
