    I'm a fucking cheapskate that's why I stopped buying them. I figured that dextrose is cheaper and more convenient. That shit just gets old too quick though, my shaker bottle isn't big enough to dilute 100g of dextrose.

    On the plus side, I woke up very lean and my stomach was as flat as my prep-phase levels. Dunno if it was due to the absorption rate or the "small space" it occupies in the stomach.

    Yea I know what you mean. I think it has to do with both. Sometimes I find I'm flat if I don't drink a shitload of water before bed and eat fewer or less voluminous carbs. Personally I enjoy the taste of dextrose added to my shake, though. The hydrolysates+leucine do not make for a very delicious combination.

    On the other hand, I'm sure subbing dextrose for other carbs will get you better results. Before you know it, BAM, ya got abz.

    csr 35x15x4 don't laugh at the weight, try pausing it at the top and you'll see

    some shrugs for some reps

    *Can't do some extensions because I just found out that the rear delts are responsible in holding the bar in front of you when benching. Shrugs also sucked since the plate raise was a fucking marathon.


    Backload: 100g from shake (too much dextrose for the shaker that it hardened like a rock LOL) + 200g from rice

    I tried a cherry turnover since everyone fucking raves about them, shit was pretty good. Pastries are definitely where it's at. I'm on my parents dime, though(they're panera freaks), so it's easy for me to say. Next time you stock up on supps, you should just load up on pastries and say fuck the dextrose, n'am sayin'?

    You know what's scary? I woke up leaner and weighing less today eating dextrose and pastries as compared to last tuesday where I ate dextrose and rice. Not a conclusive sample size but I may be onto something here. Oh baby.

    Dude. I ripped my biggest backload in weeks(and since doing the prep phase; ~500-600g) on Monday, and though I didn't weigh myself this morning, I'm quite sure I'm down to prep phase levels. I weighed myself mid day and it was much lower than usual. Now n=2.

    EDIT: In response to your post in another thread, I started putting creatine in my coffee last week. Lo and behold, I spotted 4 hairs on my chest last night for the first time ever.
