Wasn't able to lift Thursday so I did my A day on Friday and will start back over in the cycle on Monday.
Warm Up: 500 M Row
Squat
140 x 3 x 5
Bench Press
115 x 5 x 3
Cool Down: long stretch
Felt great after taking the time to do some extended stretching. Really reduced the soreness in my hamstrings. Everywhere else felt good the next day too.

Did you have to take the cpat where you are from?
