    Default Depussification

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Since other sites that I've previously have turned into laughing stocks, I'm starting a log here. I've recently comeback from a job which allowed me little time to lift some weights. Since my last log seems to have disappeared, I'll have to remember what my last workouts were.

    Deadlift 5 x 70, 5 x 90, 5 x 100
    OHP 42.5kg 3 x 5
    Chin ups 5, 4, 3

    Had stomach cramps so this was all I do today.

    sit ups 3 x 10

    OHP 5 x 30 5 x 40 5 x 45
    Bench Press 5 x 50 5 x 60 5 x 70
    Barbell Row 5 x 40 5 x 50 5 x 60

    Finished with 800m swim

    Note to self don't do rows and thrust on the same day.
