Depussification
Since other sites that I've previously have turned into laughing stocks, I'm starting a log here. I've recently comeback from a job which allowed me little time to lift some weights. Since my last log seems to have disappeared, I'll have to remember what my last workouts were.

OHP 42.5kg 3 x 5
Chin ups 5, 4, 3
Had stomach cramps so this was all I do today.
