I've got my log on my blog but I like to cross-pollinate to get as much potential advice as possible.... good to stay open-minded, though not so much that your brain pours out of your ears. So anyway this is last week's training. I'm doing the Greyskull LP and eating primarily tons of meat and veg. Broad goals are to get brutally strong while not getting grossly fat. 29 years old, 6'4", 200lb ish.

Squats were rough. Chins, in the words of a wise man, were chins.

First proper high bar squats today. Feels much more natural than the bastardised hybrid I'd been moronically doing. Nearly got taco'd at the end which was quite funny. Afterwards.

    Several.

    1. Had a few neck tweaks (painful, lasting about a week) from work, so this is kind of a preventative measure.
    2. Something that I thought of when I started this post but now I can't remember.
    3. Want a big ole' hefty neck.

This was an unmitigated disaster and we shall not discuss it. Luckily I'm now off to Spain for a week and will hopefully be much better upon my return. Ciao.
