    Start with a little Warm Up
    Snatch : 8 Sets of Doubles
    Clean and Jerk :8 Sets of Singles
    Front Squat: 5 Sets of 5
    Press : 5 Sets of 3

    starting strength coach development program
    you could incorporate teh hang cleans and snatches as part of your warmup with just the bar or on your way up to your working set. Glenn Pendlay really encourages his lifters to hang position lifts so as to create good habits.
