Today I got a new pair of do-wins and worked up to 325, a heavy single which I will use as 100% effort in my upcoming 6 week program.
I am staggering 3 identical 6 week programs over 10 weeks like this
Pulls from the knee 1 2 3 4 5 6
Low bar narrow stance 1 2 3 4 5 6
Power cleans from floor 1 2 3 4 5 6
Each program calls for twice a week training, a medium and a heavy day with pyramids.
Secondary exercises are calf raises, barbell trunk extensions on GHR bench, GHRs, and single leg squats. I have not decided on how to organize these exercises. I may perform the same complex on weeks 1-2 of every program and nothing on 3-6.

That didn't format correctly. Program 1 will be week 1-6. Program 2 will be week 3-8. Program 3 will be week 5-10.
