    Leg press 10x115, 2x 10x120 kgs (on the last reps I noticed a stiffening in the right hamstrings, so I did not make really complete depth on the last reps).
    Curls 3x 10x38 kgs (EZ-bar)

    This was as unorthodox a training one can make on this site, but the week ahead looks pretty full, including a visit at the chiropractor for my hip issue. Not before saturday there will be time for a conventional DL-day. On the other hand this renegade session fits right into halloween.

    Saturday 2.11

    DL 2x120, 2x140, 1x150, 3x160
    2x 6x140 kgs
    Leg press 3x 10x110 kgs

    A sharp pain again in the middle of the lower back when resetting. Could be because when lowering the weights I keep the back more vertical and the compression gets bigger, then it goes away when pushing the legs down for the next rep. I tried to keep this in mind on the back off sets and setting down the last rep more carefully bending over more and then there was less pain. The back-offs were touch and go-reps, and then there is no pain between reps at all as the back stays in tention all the time. No pain afterwards.

    Tuesday 5.11

    Incl BP 4x 5x65 kgs
    BBR 6x40, 6x50, 3x 6x45 kgs with holding still at the top (noticed that I could not hold the bar wit 50 kgs, so had to lower the weight)
    Abs 20xBW

    Diagnosed with Femoral Acetabular Impingement in the right hip, and that is bad news. Must see what the doctor will say, but in any case it seems that this winter is fucked regarding a possible new squat PR.

    Saturday 30.11, Local gym

    BP 1x100, 1x100, 1x110 (fail) (paused), the guy spotting grabbed the bar too earl, I think I would have managed.
    2x 4x100 kgs

    Dumbell HOP 3x 7x20 kgs
    Pullup 10, 9 (body weight)

    Will see a doctor in a weeek about my hip. Have continued training but did not find the energy to put into the log. With lighter weights, and no DL.

    Thursday 16.1.14

    There was another break again, I have continued as before with lower weights and so on. Also see a Chiropractor once a week for some time now. He informed the mobility in my right leg was really bad but after two sessions of pushing and pulling and twisting he says it is better already. Let's hope so. I also think it is better now but I stretch more after training now and also in between. He says more mobility in the joint delays the arthritis, and that sounds good to me. I wish I had seen him three years ago, but on the other hand I'm not sure if my condition was any better back then, my right leg/hip has been stiff for many years.

    Squat 2x6, 1x7x 100 kgs (pause on first rep)
    RDL 3x 6x100 kgs

    I read somewhere that pausing might be bad for the knees and a trade off would be to only stop on the first rep. I think I will go back to doing some lighter dead lifts because it would be awfully good for the back. Now when squatting I feel that the weak point is the lower back.
