felt a bit weak on OHP today, could be due to morning session, instead of afternoon. The power clean goes better if starting with a relatively light weight, to get the feeling. Must remember to do this every time.

Thanks grubinski. I discovered starting stength at about the same time I found stronglifts and I have found much useful information here. Got most of the books also, even ''the strongest shall survive''. Not many copies in Finland I'd bet.

BP was a disappointment today, had been expecting to press 103KG about 5 reps or so, but no. Well have to train some more.
Next week will be hectic, have some repair work on the house and lots to do also at work.

this is a hectic week. We have a cold attic which we make into two rooms and my old man is here for a week helping out. Or more precisely I am helping out, he leads. At the same time naturally there also happens to be much stress at work so this week will see only two work outs I guess. felt good squatting though.

back to normal. The work is half finished and I have to give it some weekends still. But I feel much more relaxed now.

still a bit tired from the manual work which ended Monday. Working heavy from 08.00 until evening is not my bag it seems. But I figure there is a technic with that also, that you learn by doing it over and over, pretty much like lifting weights.

apart from that my arms are sore from driving screws and hammering I modified the BP a bit. the first rep I hold still on the chest for a second, about what is required in a meet. As I work out alone it feels actually OK to lower the weight also. I picked this from a book, powerlifting texas style I think it was.

I'm a bit out of the routine still, but probably I will be back into three sessions a week starting Monday. I had been planning to have the constuction works done before christmas but I think that is not realistic without putting in a lot of work. But on the other hand there is actually no hurry.
