    Curls 3x 6x40 kgs

    My right shoulder was sore. I had been working with a ceiling at home for some days, and there was some soreness. I tried a variation today, it was heavy and I got sore, but I hope I can go for a normal BP next time.

    Monday 20.10

    Squat 4x 5x100 kgs, pause on every rep
    RDL 6x90, 2x 6x100 kgs
    Calves 1x 20x90 kgs
    Abs 1x20

    The 100 kgs squat feels really comfortable, nice to be in control. The form was quite fine, and a pause at the bottom starts to feel natural. Think I will keep this light-and-nice line for some months, maybe occasionally putting on some more plates.

    Thursday 23.10

    BP 2x80, 2x 3x90, 4x90 kgs, all reps paused
    5x90 kgs
    L.tric.ext. 2x 8x43 kgs
    BBR 3x 8x60 kgs

    The shoulder felt better, only on the tric.ext. there was some discomfort when pressing up and too much forward, putting more strain on the front deltoid. I have to monitor this now in order to find out what exactly triggers the pain. I believe it has to do with the deformed collarbone, but the bench press went well, took it low on the chest.

    BP 2x80, 3x90, 2x 2x95 kgs (paused reps)
    2x 5x90 kgs
    Pullups 3x7
    Curls rev. grip. 2x 10x30 kgs

    Right front deltoid not really OK, but it did not interfere with this weight. All lifts solid. Cannot say how it would be pressing more than 100, but will find out. I try to stretch now the pecs/shoulders and arms thoroughly after.

    Leg ext. machine 2x8
    Leg curl machine 3x8
    Abs 1x20

    I felt a bit tired, and there was a couple of good mornings in the squat reps this evening. But depth was good and also most pauses. Maybe last Sunday's session still felt some in the legs?

    I seem to have made some progress on the leg press, could maybe add another 5 kgs for 4x10, and maybe it has some carry over to squats too.
