    DL 2x 5x70, 5x90, 5x100, 5x120, 1x140, 5x150 kgs
    Leg press 2x 10x110, 1x 12x110 kgs

    Had to make it a bit shorter today. I ate dinner just half an hour before and that was not so good, it could have affected some.

    OHP 2x50, 1x55, 3x 5x55 kgs (directly from the rack)
    5x50 kgs
    Pullups 4x 7xBW

    The right front deltoid was sore again, but the OHP for some reason is easier on it than BP so I switched. Also the left collar bone was a bit sore, don't know how come, maybe some bad stretching the day before. Could be that DL is hard on the right shoulder. Have to see how it develops.

    Partial BP 2x 8x80 kgs
    BBR 4x 8x60 kgs
    Front rises 2x 10x5 kgs

    Had planned for Benching, but the right front deltoid/shoulder hurt, so it simply was no good. I tried to add some bench work with the partials, they went OK, but the shoulder was sore. Don't know now how to tackle this. Could try some more stretching maybe.

    P Clean 5x70 kgs
    High pull 5x90, 5x100, 5x105, 5x110 kgs
    Leg press, one legged 3x 10x50 kgs, 1x 6x60 kgs

    The right shoulder still hurting, but not during these lifts, but the day after. I have things to work with regarding the legs. I noticed I am much weaker in the right leg, in the bottom position. Have to see if one legged presses would help.

    OHP 3x50, 4x 5x55 kgs
    Leg press, one legged, 4x 10x50 kgs

    The leg presses went better today, and I felt a soreness in the right glute that I can recall only from lounges, which I did maybe three years ago. I think I will continue this one leg pressing for some time, as it seems that I lack something. Also it seemed that the stretching of my right hip went smoother afterwards. The right shoulder still rather sore, so bench press, curls and rows are no good, but OHP works well.

    Squat 2x90, 4x 5x100 kgs, all reps paused
    RDL 6x90, 2x 6x100 kgs
    Calves 2x 20x90 kgs
    Abs 1x20

    The squats felt heavy today, could be due to the leg pressing earlier in the week, but not sure. So no point in trying to go past 5 reps yet.

    Pullups in rings 3x7, 1x6
    Leg press 3x 10x50 kgs

    Right shoulder still sore, but no pain on OHP. This was with power cleaning the bar first. Somehow I get a better press this way than when just taking the bar out from the rack directly.
