the power clean did not go so smooth today, maybe the ohp taxes the arms and shoulders a bit anyway? i was expecting to get 86 without problems but 81 felt like a limit today.

130 was pretty stable, could have pushed for 135, but I'll give it some time still. 5x100 was unnecessary but I was not really sure if I wanted to try max. Well, next time.

had a 30 min break between DL and the squats, but I don't think it mattered much. Also, ther was some pain in the right side again. Not much but something. I think I felt it already last week on the squat. Must try and stretch some more, also on off-days.

had little time today, father's day and everything. Three days break seems to come up, travelling in work until wednesday evening.
squat went OK, I let the knees too far forward, on 4th rep I think, but could correct.
