    BP 1x90, 1x95, 3x 1x97,5 kgs (all well paused and it went pretty fine)
    4x92,5 kgs, 2x 4x90 kgs (wider grip)
    BBR 6x60, 3x 6x65 kgs
    Abs twist

    There is some pain in the right shoulder still, but during the press I don't notice it. I think it would be safe to try 100 next time for paused singles.

    Sunday 4.9

    H Clean 5x40, 5x50, 5x60 kgs
    P Clean 3x70, 2x75 kgs (again I got this up, even though the first set felt heavy, maybe I started the finishing too early)
    High pull 5x90 kgs
    DL 2x100, 3x120, 3x 5x140 kgs (went pretty easy, biggest problem is the grip. I think the rep range is OK, no more at least. Maybe could put on another 5 kgs)
    Leg press 3x 10x110 kgs
    Abs 1x20 (these are getting better and better, but still some pain in the right leg)

    Squat 1x90, 2x100, 1x110, 1x115 kgs (felt really good, maybe at some point I could try 120 again)
    3x 5x95 kgs
    RDL 4x90, 2x 8x100 kgs
    Abs 1x20

    I simply had to add some weight to the back-offs. 7 reps just felt too much now. These sets with 95 kgs all went fine, good form (I would say) and solid.

    The quick pulls felt heavy today, maybe the BBR's on Tuesday affected the quickness. The Abs exercise still not 100% on the back ext. bench. I also notice that when rope jumping before the training I still have problems lifting the right leg up high quickly. It is however much better than it was right after it got injured and I hope it will fully recover still.

    I could maybe put on some for the DL but I'm in no hurry. Have to think about the hip joint also, and 140 for 5 rep sets is not that bad. I think the grip could be a problem if trying the same range with 150 kgs. The roman chair abs exercises seem to be coming together again, but still some pain in the right leg.
