Lying tric ext. 2x 10x33,5 Kgs
BBR 2x 10x55 Kgs, 10x57,5 Kgs
Some pain in the left shoulder when pressing with narrow grip. Same thing on OHP. But when putting on more weight it is better. I think I have had this in the past some time. Think it will pass.
The bar travels some to the right but it is getting better.

Nice to be back at rowing 60 Kgs. Seems my back has been pretty much unhurt during this time of damage. Left shoulder still hurts on OHP so I took it a bit easier with benching today. This was pain free.

DL felt good, haven’t done that in a long time. 100 was very easy, think I can put on 110 next time. No pain.
