    Freaking me out sometimes what could happen with the right hip or leg in the squat. Or actually I have no idea what could happen so I decided to put 90 Kgs as a max for some time. I don’t know anybody in a similar situation and also I haven’t found any consistent information about how much weight to train with and how often etc, so I figured better safe than sorry if any of this can be considered safe. Common wisdome has it that DL is safer training with a hip replacement, so to offset the easier squat I add 5 Kgs on the DL. Felt fine.

    I have had some pain in the neck a few days, and also some radiating down in the left arm. I think it came from watching TV laying on the floor with the head in a bad position, stretching the neck. Better take it easy some days with arm exersises. The slipped disc happened after a BP session and don’t want that again.

    BP 4x6x80 Kgs, 1x5x80 Narrow grip

    BBR 1x10x65, 2x10x60 Kgs

    The BBR with 65 went well but I was pulling it too fast. I felt some complaining from the neck. I know that Starting Strength has this as an explosive exercise but in my case I’d better do the lifts more slowly. So I decreased the weight and tried to keep the bar to my chest some on each rep. I think this worked well.

    I still feel some pain in the neck so I dared to press only a lighter session.

    Still some small discomfort in the neck-shoulder area so went light.

    Noticed that chin ups do not mix well with triceps extensions.
