    Caught the flu last week. It was pretty bad so I had to take a break. I started easy and changed DL for RDL. Squats were no problem.

    Still a bit worried about the hip when doing DL or actually before pulling, but when getting going it feels good. This is by no means all out sets, I still am a bit cautious.
