Think 90 is good for sets of 8 reps going forward. I made a video for checking my form and lost count on the second set and voila, 8 reps.
Had to cut the RDL a bit today, as the Tottenham-Sheffield U match started sooner than I remembered. We are Tottenham fans.

I noticed from the video that I tend to drop the bar lower on the right shoulder. I now tried to keep this more balanced but still it seems to esily drop lower. There is also a small imbalance in the hip, but this can be due to the artifical hip joint in the right side as the ball is smaller. But since this is after all rather light weights maybe it does not matter so mych.

some triceps and triceps training.
I got some pain in the left shoulder front deltoid, came from the bench pressing last week. This has happened before and I think it will go away in some days. One issue now can of course be that the front deltoid is carrying more weight as the triceps is weaker than the triceps on the right arm. Hope it will be OK.

I have some pain in the left front deltoid from last week's bench pressing. Hope it will go away in some days. The left front deltoid is probably under more stress now when the triceps is weaker than the right arm triceps.

Hitting the bag does not hurt so anything is better than nothing.
