    So, Summer break is over. I have been squatting and deadlifting even, but on the BP I have rested two weeks. Also doing some OHP but it has felt heavy.

    Left shoulder complained some but this went up solid.

    Ordered a couple of Rouge loadable dumbbells as I think dumbbell press would be a good alternative at this time.
