Appears thar the left shoulder is getting better. Less pain again. I got some small fracture in the right foot, so I rested ovee the weekend. No squatting.

The foot is not 100% OK, but this did not cause any pain. Jumping still would be difficult and if it is a fracture it will probably take some time before it heals. Should heal by itself though.

Directly from the rack. This for some reason has always been heavier than lifting the bar first from the floor. I wanted to take it easy on the foot still. And cleaning involves some jumping.

The pressing feels better now. Still some pain but I can control the path better now, I dare to take it down lower. Hope this keeps moving in the right direction.
