    Three days on business trip. This was fun earlier, but now Id rather stay at home.

    3x5x82,5 Kgs
    Lying tric ext. 2x10x41 Kgs
    DBR 2x9x46, 1x8x46 Kgs

    Tried to load some more for singles and do the back offs a bit heavier. The 90 reps went fine, maybe I should consider doubles. And, as conventional wisdom has it, the back offs felt light. I have to find some way to get the strength back and I figure I simply need to train with more weight in oder to be able to lift more weight. Also added one set of rows.
