Still some preassure in the head from the flu. I made the BP reps solid trying to maintain good form. Maybe after one week now I have basically recovered and can start progressing.

Seems the left arm is OK now. No pain any more, so I expect this to improve during the coming months. The problems started in March last year and just before Christmas I think the pain was gone. Due to the slipped disc and nerve issue I don’t expect more than 100 Kgs, but in my situation 100 would be nice.

Trying to not hit so hard with the left now, so not to risk another 9 months of pain. And also wearing a sweater, at least when warming up. I got really exhausted, must be in bad shape.
