Another ”heavy day”. These are rediculous weights, but since I don’t know what the hip will hold, I am rather content. At some point I will do the heavy day with 100, and that may be as far as I will go. The squats today (high, I admit) went easy and also the dead lifts. There is also a heat wave on, 26 celcius in the garage, so considering that, I think this was OK.
