The right shoulder has been soar for a week almost. Cannot lift the arm above shoulder height. I hope it will pass and haven’t been to the doctor yet. Started on Thursday evening last week and got pretty bad pretty fast. Even had to take some painkillers some evenings. It was actually difficult to Grip the bar with the right hand for squatting. RDL was no problem.

The pain in the right shoulder disappeared allmost over night yesterday. Waking up Saturday morning I could move the arm as it had newer been soar. However, I started out today easy, not to trigger anything again. A slipped disc teaches patience.

Felt like no heavier this time. The shoulder did not hurt but no need to push it. Hope it won’t hurt tomorrow and I then can start adding weight.
