    Rather hot and not so much sleep during the night. Stressful day at work also, and I got into my gym late, at about eight in the evening.

    Not sure about the load on this machine. But this was basically what I could do with OK form.

    Think I lowered the bar too high up on the chest, should have went better. I should be putting on more plates but this was a step back.
