Pressing was tough today. Had problems with getting a solid path. Also did not feel strong when holding the bar up. Hope next session will be better.

Visited one of the higher end gyms on Saturday. I was member here some 12 years ago. It was nice then with clean fresh premises and a good sauna, but today I must say it is super. I guess thanks to cross fit they now have a lot of squat racks and barbells, and lots of space. In the past there was one rack and one bench and it was smaller.

Building a small log house in the garden and right now working on the foundation putting out concrete pillars. This interferes some with the barbell training.

Hurt the left hand middle finger on Sunday while wrestling with the concrete pillars. It kind of snapped when I was lifting one. This have some impact on my training since I cannot really grab anything heavy and it is still swollen. So that was the reason for less weight this session.
