Sunday 20.9 Gym
So back to the nearby gym for some months. I have not been here since starting training after the hip surgery. The garage is full of material for the log house and I received a convenient offer to train 24/7 for 20 euros/month. It has racks and bars etc. so I was really lucky. My hands are full of cuts however so had to use glowes. A lot of extra now with the covid like cleaning the bar etc after use, but looking abroad we are easy off.
OHP 4x6x50 Kgs

Wood choppers 2x20x about 40 Kgs maybe

The BP is a mess. One thing is that my left hand middle finger is still sore, using straps for all pulls, but the bench is also difficult. Bar holders waytoo low and there is something wrong with the bar itself also, difficult to balance. I hate this and I must get going with the floors in the log house so I can get back to the garage gym. Now I store the floor and ceiling panels there.

Squatting seems easy here at least. Maybe its because they have only weight lifting bars and I use rather light weights.

Short one and late today. A bit tired in the arms from sawing and hammering.
