The BBR was too heavy. Bad form, lifting with the back too much. Chin ups felt good. The finger is getting better.

Finally got at least the bench back in use at home. For BBR I try now to keep the bar still in the up position for a moment. Much heavier this way but easier on the back.

I Cleaned some space around the squar rack so now I can do a few things in the garage again. I did not have time to go to the gym today so this worked. It took about 55 minutes, usually it takes 75 minutes. Maybe I should try to speed up going forward?

I could to 15 with right arm, 11 with left. I will try to add some triceps work.

Skipped a week in the log I see. I did train but forgot to add here. Anyways, DL again. The finger works again. Felt good and I can add back to 130 next time I think.

Still the bench press feels heavy. I guess I need to press more. I also do some triceps work after the training. Maybe it could somhow stimulate the left arm.
