Probably back in the garage now with the covid running wild again. Next weekend I can clean out the last planks and boards for the log house and I have the whole space for myself again. Also the finger starts to be OK so hope I can get some heavy bag training in next week already.

New year, no fear

I realized I could add a rep to the squat sets. They are a bit high, but with a hip replacement I cannot be so precise. The DL went fine. If needed I could pull more but for the time being this is OK. I have lost a couple of Kgs during the year and I think the covid lunch diet mostly consisting of small lunch boxes is the Reason.

My wife gave me a free ticket to a high end gym close by. I was a member there maybe 12 years ago. Sure has changed with the cross fit trend. Back then almost nobody touched the bars but now there is a lot of action in the free weight room, lot of different technics also.
