By the way my weight is about 86 Kgs, and according to the home scale 20% fat and 38% muscle. Not sure how much one can trust this but when I got it two years ago, fat was 25-26 and muscle 32-35, so I am probably in better shape now. Weaker but leaner.

Inverted rows 4x10
One arm cable push down 3x10
Left shoulder still sore but I managed some light benching today. Also the left elbow is a bit sore, could be from the bag boxing.
Inverted rows was a test. Lets see if I feel anything from these in the coming two days. They would however be the opposite of bench presses.
