Left front deltoid still sore but this went still somewhat OK. Figured it won’t hurt with some light benching. Lets see.

Left shoulder still sore. Now it is actually sore, like a second phase when something is injured. Not sure this is good or bad, but today I felt like not trying pressing. Since it has been going on for 5 weeks about, I will check with a doctor tomorrow.

Sunday 14.3
OHP military 4x6x45 Kgs
Some triceps push and biceps pull on the cross cable. More as rehab.
The doctor wrote out some painkillers. For two weeks but I’ll aim for only one week. Probably ac joint. Also X-ray but I have no feedback yet on this.
