    Had to round off quickly as there was a dinner party starting. Quite a lot of pain in the left front shoulder again.

    Went fine. Sometimes it freaks me out thinking about the metal shaft hammered into the femur and that it could just break the bone if the angle and the load is too much, but I do think these weights are safe.
