    I missed to add some sessions. Nothing new much. I did some heavy lifting on Friday outside the gym moving a couple of concrete obstacles, about 250 Kgs each. I just dragged them some meters but in hindsight it was maybe not such a good idea considering the artifical hip. Noticed some soreness in the glutes and upper abs when starting the training, so I made it an easy one today. Lots of reps though.

    Was not the best of conditins today. I had some headache and felt tired. My wife is away for the week and there is a bit more stress due to that also with full time houshold duties. Therefore I made it a bit shorter.
