Left arm weak, I could have went on on the presses for several more reps with the right hand. I start to doubt this will ever get back to normal, but I keep on trying.

High pulley wood choppers 1x30xnot sure, but rather close to what I have at home.
Tried out the gym at work. Pretty much old school, but the bars could have been better. Rather thick.

I started out with normal OHP but failed rather quickly with 55 Kgs so I took the dumbbells instead.
