    BP 1x90, 1x95, 1x97,5, 1x100 fail, all from pause
    3x5x80 Kgs
    DBR 2x20x36 Kgs
    Some triceps machine pulls

    Because of very warm weather I went to the gym at my work. 100 was close but not yet. The bar was rather thick maybe 30-32 mm so that might have affected some. But 97,5 went up fine.

    I finally checked the weight of the dumbells and they are 6,868, so close to 7, with collars. This was a nice surprise. Especially as I got three times ten today, with more weight than I knew.

    Pulldowns in pulldown machine 4x10

    First time 5 reps with 55 Kgs in over 5 years. Premium Leoko bar and plates maybe helped some. Hope this direction holds up. Would be awesome to get 70 Kgs again.

    Really glad this went this well. I started rather late in the evening and my arms were still sore from the pressing and pulling on Sunday. Rather hot too. But the 90 was very stable, so I decided to deload and maybe get some sets of threes for a change, and voilą, I got three sets of fours with first reps paused.

    Saturday 23.7.22

    Squat 3x5x97,5 Kgs
    DL 2x8x130 Kgs
    Abs 1x30

    This all went fine but there was some small discomfort on the second DL set, some slight pain in the right lower back. A bit like what I have had after overhead presses a few times. I think there might maybe have been some imbalance betwen left and right leg. Anyhow it felt that little that I finished the reps. Have to keep it in mind but I would say these weights are so light that I think it is perfectly safe to do some pulling once in a while. The eight reps with 130 are far from what I could pull.

    Heavy bag 6x3 minutes.

    The heat wave starts to be over and it feels good to have the garage gym. Summertime I can push up the main door some for extra ventilation but when it is 30 degrees c outside this dos not work. Then I simply have to train early or late.
