I have missed to do some updates, but training normally.
Still have some strange pain in the back, really mid lower back. Not while training though. It feels sore somehow. I’ll try and strech more.
Anyway, I tried squatting 100 and it was OK. The reps are a bit high but that I think is OK given my condition. I could loose 2 Kgs to 87,5 and then the total weight would be basically the same as before on the ”heavy” day.

I try and rest the back for a couple of weeks now and see if the soreness goes away. So no squatting or pulling or OHP for two weeks. On those days I do pull ups, chin ups etc. But I don’t update on this.

Well, not so much progress, but still training. The soreness in the back is at least long gone. I added the arm rotations to the BP day, since I think that will strenghten the shoulders a bit. The hip is working fine, and I think I’ll start soon to put on 100 once a month. Let’s see. I was in contact with a more serious lifter who also has a replacement, and he regularly squats well above 100.

Best BP back-off sets in years. I was so happy that two sets were enough.
I do some new things with the curl bar now and do the triceps and biceps sets alternating. I’ll try this for some weeks. Quite exhausting.
And at the end, always some rows after benching.

Very nice feeling on the BP back-offs today. This was exactly how it should feel, but with let’s say 95 Kgs. I could have pushed for fives on the two first sets, but no need to rush. Form the most important. Solid and strict.
