320 Another post injury PR. It was a very hard pull to do but I banged them out with good form and came out on top. Wouldn't quite say viking though. Maybe caveman.

I did this at my local climbing gym. The belt i used had such a short chain on it so the weight was constantly crushing my balls. I did it anyway and got a pr. Is that viking status? Haha.

Day 1
Warm ups 45 135 185 225 245 I kept to 1 to 2 reps per warm up set. Saving myself and that.

285 for 3.....oops! I put 295 on. I didn't notice until after the set.
30....fucking...5. Figured I should go heavier for two. It was too heavy but I grinded out the two reps. Almost passed out on the second rep. Bar went a bit sideways but I fucking did it.

The only new pr there was 85 for 2. I am a shit bencher so.i decided I would rather hit my previous pr's but more confidently. I did. So there. Banging.
Day 3

125 for 5. Stoked.
135 for 3. Banging.
145 for 2. Missed the second rep.
140 for 2. Did this with relative ease so riding on the adrenaline rush I have myself a second try at 145.
145 for 2. I WIN!
Made some proper grunting gutteral growling to get that done and loved it.
Day 4

330 for 3. My back just can't (dont want to risk) higher reps right now.
335 for 2. First attempt at 2nd rep didn't move. I screamed a little and it went up.
340 for 1.
Happy. Was a tough slog but it worked out well in the end.
