BP-ID 2,3 X 210 PR Sore along my humerii and left AC joint. Used wrist wraps this time--those help.
PR-VD 4,5,5,3,3 X 100 too tired and sore
chins 4,4,3
Elbows sore, too. I may be too old to attempt 5x5 and 1x5 VD/ID type stuff. Recovery will definitely be an issue. I'll stick with it for a while. 3x5/1x3 or something may make more sense. Or 3x2, 3x3, 3x4, 3x5 on LP, or volume one week and intensity the next.....
Still sore from my excellent squats on Tuesday. Tomorrow's squats and DL will be interesting.
