    Did some DLs a week ago last Friday. Then took T-day week off.
    Monday 12/2 Bench: worked up to a 235 x 1 single, then 210 x 5, 3 (89%)
    Chins: 6,6,6,3

    Tuesday: Still have nagging hip thing.

    Paused squats: 135 x 5 x 5
    Some leg presses and 60-30's on the treadmill.
