Haven't had a decent DL workout in 3 weeks, so:
DL: 305 x 2; 325 x 2; 345 x 1,1,1 I'll take it. Full rest between the singles.
Leg Press (yeah, I know) 270 x 8; 340 x 8 x 2
t-bar row: 60 x 8; 70 x 8 x 2

Monday
Bench: 3,2,3,2,1 x 222.5 attempted to move up in weight from two weeks ago. Second set was sloppy form,maybe not enough rest. Last two were just hard.

Tuesday
Cranky rt. knee today, so it was paused box squats: 3 x 5 x 250. That's 82% or 305. Hard.
Power Clean fuck-around: up to 3 x 30kg, then 3 x 3 x 40kg. Working on form. Weight a bit too light to really tell, but these felt good, smoother than in the past.
