    Bench: 225 x 3 x 5 all good. Last set went better than the first. Haven't been at this weight since April.

    Squat 260 x 5 x 3 all good. Attempted video, but Hudl app quit on me. Shot first set, but it was out of focus.

    Well, missed a week and a half due to a nasty cold. Back at it today:

    Bench: 215 x 3 x 5 all pretty good.

    Tuesday. Continuing the sporadic squat workouts. I keep missing weeks.
    Fahves: bar x 2, 135, 185. 3's: 225, 245, 265; 285 x 1,1 Not too awful. I'll pick up where I left off two weeks ago, next week.
    Chins: 5 x 5 first time I've done this, I think.
    BW: 197, no shoes.

    LTE: 85 x 8 x 3 I figure the bar is 15lbs so no more 70 "on the bar" stuff.

    starting strength coach development program
    Well, last night's yoga (yes, I know) really wore my shoulders out. We did a lot of arms out lateral stuff. Press didn't go so great today:

    Thursday
    press: 3,3,2,2,2 x 125.
    Dips: 10, 12, 12
