Bench: 215 x 3 x 5 all pretty good.

Tuesday. Continuing the sporadic squat workouts. I keep missing weeks.
Fahves: bar x 2, 135, 185. 3's: 225, 245, 265; 285 x 1,1 Not too awful. I'll pick up where I left off two weeks ago, next week.
Chins: 5 x 5 first time I've done this, I think.
BW: 197, no shoes.

Well, last night's yoga (yes, I know) really wore my shoulders out. We did a lot of arms out lateral stuff. Press didn't go so great today:
