    Front Squat 3RM
245 lbs x 3 PR - This went up pretty easily. I think I had a lot more in the tank.

    WOD:
    12-9-6-3
    Plyo pushups
    Ring dips

Nice work on the squat Bradley! Looked really solid.

I'm just trying to catch up here, so forgive me if you mentioned it. It's nice to see the weight going up and some consistent training! You see really good results when you get the work in.

...and you bought a house? Huge congrats there man.

    Still enjoying the crossfit?

I've just been doing metcons. I don't think there's too much point in tracking the non-benchmark workouts as they're not likely to repeat. I've deadlifted and squatted a few times at moderate weight just to keep the movements fresh.

    February 28th 2014 - CrossFit Open 14.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    30 double-unders
    75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

    Score: 145

I gassed in the second round. This is the 3rd or 4th cardio workout I did this year. Expected with the pure strength programming I was on.

Skipped 14.2 because I tweaked something in my chest doing ring dips earlier in the week. (update: completely recovered now)

    8 minute AMRAP:
    10 deadlifts, 135 / 95 lb.
    15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
    15 deadlifts, 185 / 135 lb.
    15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
    20 deadlifts, 225 / 155 lb.
    15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
    25 deadlifts, 275 / 185 lb.
    15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
    30 deadlifts, 315 / 205 lb.

    35 deadlifts, 365 / 225 lb.
    15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch

    Score: 93 (3 deadlifts at 275)

I did as well as I wanted and expected to do. I need to be stronger to do better on this workout.

    EMOMx15
    Min 1: 5 Wall Balls (20 lbs) + 5 Power Cleans, 95 lbs
    Min 2: 5 Wall Balls (20 lbs) + 5 TTB
    Min 3: 5 Wall Balls (20 lbs) + Push Jerks, 95 lbs

RX weight is 135 lbs but I can't do jerks in a metcon that heavy. The amount of work ended up being perfect for me.

    Front Squat:
    5x5 @ 195 lbs

I think I could probably do 225 lbs for 5 across if I did it fresh. My shoulders fatigued before my legs did and I was barely able to keep the rack position in the 5th set. Legs had more in them.

    I'd rather not.

    starting strength coach development program
    CrossFit Open 14.4

    14 minute AMRAP:
    60-calorie row
    50 toes-to-bars
    40 wall-ball shots, 20 / 14 lb.
    30 cleans, 135 / 95 lb.
    20 muscle-ups

Score: 116 (might have been 119)

I failed, massively, on the toes-to-bar; it was a technique issue. I got to the wall balls with about 20 seconds left.
