Thanks for info. Are you using protein shakes or other supplements?

No protein shakes at this point. I only supplement fish oil (2000mg EPA + DHA) and vitamin C (500-1000mg) every now and then, but not each day.

A small twist to my 4x4 presses: I'll try Callador's setup. So I'm adding a top single or double and adding the 4x4 as back-offs, with the last set AMRAP.

Seti- your slow controlled weight loss is very impressive, especially given that your lifts are suffering after several weeks of cutting weight.

Thanks. I'm near the finish line for this run. A bit more than 3 weeks to go. Then I'll have a two week trip, during which my diet will be less controlled, but I'll try not to rebound too much. I am quite satisfied with this experience so far, I was expecting to feel more shitty. Once I'm down to around 90kg, I'll have an even harder task at hand, to improve again, without gaining too much fat.

Squats felt much stronger than last week. My deadlift is definitely affected by the weight loss, I think I'll do a top single for the remaining period. Otherwise it was a nice session, should be in PR territory two weeks from now with the dips.

Great job- you've made huge progress on the chins. Have you found them to be any easier as you've cut weight?
