BW: 89.6kg I need to eat more.

    Squat
    20kg 1x10
    60kg 1x10
    105kg 3x10

Holy mackarel. I do need to eat more! These were much more tiring than they should have been.

    Press
    20kg 1x10
    50kg 2x10

Was still out of breath from the squats, but they were relatively allright.

    Chins
    13 (PR),8

    Dips
    BW 1x5
    +32.5kg 3x5 (PR)

I wasn't too energetic, probably because of my weight still going down, and the change of rep scheme. I need to eat more carbs!

    BW:90.3kg

    Squat
    20kg 1x10
    60kg 1x5
    100kg 1x3
    130kg 1x1
    110kg 3x10 (PR)

    PG Bench
    20kg 1x10
    50kg 1x10
    77.5kg 10,7,5 (PR)

    Barbell Row
    62.5kg 3x10

    Curls
    20kg 1x10
    30kg 1x5
    40kg 1x3
    47.5kg 1x3
    52.5kg 1x1 (PR)
    40kg 1x8 (PR)

Some genius bent the only proper bar in the gym, and now it has a good inch wobble at the end. I've seen some pretty fucked-up shit being done in there, so the possibilities are endless on how it was done. I'm a bit pissed off, since all the other bars are cheap-o thick 32 mm bars, and doing pulls and presses with those isn't very convenient, especially using a hook-grip.

Anyway, the training was good, the heavier single on the squat helped to get the sets of 10 a bit smoother. As for bench I need to reduce the weight probably after swallowing my ego.

    Thanks!

    Squat
    20kg 1x5
    60kg 1x5
    100kg 1x3
    130kg 1x1
    90kg 1x20 (PR)

The weight selection was conservative for my first set of 20 ever, and it was too light. I`ll stick with the plan as it works well so far.

    Pull over
    10kg 1x20

    PG Bench
    20kg 1x10
    50kg 1x10
    75kg 10,10,8

    Barbell rows
    65kg 3x10 (PR)

    Dips
    BW 1x5
    +30kg 3x6 (PR)

The workout was good, although the squat wasn`t really demanding. It will soon get there I`m sure.

Was a bit winded, so I cut the assistance this time. I've been struggling with an illness for two weeks now, which has hindered my progress, with this demanding program. I'll rest a bit extra, and will do my next session on the 10th of April probably.

    BW:89.8kg

    Squat
    20kg 1x10
    60kg 1x5
    100kg 1x3
    135kg 1x1
    105kg 1x20 (PR)

    Press
    20kg 1x10
    51kg 10,8

I'm way too winded after the squats now, as they are getting harder. I might have to change the set and rep scheme for the other exercises.

    Chins
    BW 1x2
    +7kg 1x5
    BW 11

    Dips
    BW 1x5
    +21kg 1x5
    +31kg 3x5

Tried a dipping belt for the first time, and I was feeling it out a bit. Previously I've been using a dumbbell for weighted dips. I like the belt, and liked the lower rep range, I might just stick to 5s on everything other than the squats, while I'm on this program.

I wondered how it would feel after the weights starting getting heavy. I know that a heavy 5 rep set can fatigue me too much to effectively work on anything else, especially on squats.

Yeah, it goes down pretty bad after the 20 reps is done, my body wanted to just go home. I'll experiment with fives for the other exercises, as they felt fine for the weighted chins and dips. I don't want to do fives on the BB row, especially after tiring my back with the squats, so I'll probably just do chins and dips each session, with either presses or benches before them. The 20 rep squat set really pumps up my whole body by the way.

    BW: 90kg

    Squat
    20kg 1x10
    60kg 1x5
    100kg 1x3
    135kg 1x1
    110kg 1x20 (PR)

    60kg 1x5
    80kg 1x3
    100kg 1x3
    90kg 2x5

5s felt much better after the tiring squats, but I was a bit disappointed in the 100kg set, I'll try to creep that up to a set of 5.

    Chins
