Off on a business trip, so it's hotel gyms this and next week, then I'm off for a holiday. Serious training will commence in November.
Db bench - up to 50lbs 2x20
Machine rows - up to 155lbsx10
Db press - up to 40lbs 2x15
Curls - up to 80lbs 1x8
Pushdown - up to whole stack 1x8

Squat - 72.5kg 1x5 hurt slightly so next time a bit less weight
Bench - 105kg 2x5@9-9.5, 80kg 1x10@9
Deadlift - 40kg 2x20

Thanks! Just some dumbbell stuff and pullups, haven't logged it. It's good to be back in serious training, even though I still can't squat/deadlift properly.

I take it you're still having some back issues. Hope you can continue to recover while still getting some squats/deadlifts in.

Yes, still the SI issues. Not much better than a month ago. I'll try rehabbing with high rep deads, like you've suggested earlier.

Bench press - 105kg 1x6@9, 100kg 1x6@9, 95kg 2x6@8.5,9.5, 80kg 1x10@9
Squat - 20kg 1x10, 20kg 1x5, 40kg 1x5, 50kg 1x5, 62.5kg 3x5, slight discomfort on worksets, no discomfort on most of the warmups
Chins - 21 (9,7,5)

Squat - 20kg 3x5, 40kg 1x5, 55kg 1x5, 65kg 3x5 - no pain, some slight discomfort on some reps
Bench Press - had only access to a thicker 32mm bar 105kg 1x6@9.5, 95kg 2x8@9,10 fingery-fingery spotter action but I had the last one
Deadlift - 20kg 1x10, 40kg 1x5, 50kg 1x5, 60kg 1x5, 70kg 1x5 - sharp pain in injured area on top set's first rep, slight dull pain/discomfort on the other reps, previous sets it was just some slight discomfort here and there
KB Swings - 16kg 3x30
