Squat - 20kg 2x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x3, 115kg 1x1, 125kg 3x5 - first top set was a bit unpleasant in the SI, but keeping the knees more out fixed that in the following sets. Otherwise squats felt good.
SGDL - 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x3, 120kg 1x1 - painful, DL 100kg 1x1 ok-ish
Power Clean - 60kg 3x3 - these felt good especially the 2nd and 3rd reps in the sets
Ab wheel - 3x5 kneeling
Pulls still crappy, tried snatch grips but they were far from awesome. Power cleans felt good though.
