    Yeah, trying lot of stuff, but it's a marathon.

    Press - 20kg 2x10, 40kg 1x5, 50kg 1x5, 60kg 1x5, 70kg 3x8@9.5 (PR) - bit sluggish, trained in the morning, but I'm used to train in the lunchtime these days. Had to get my shit together for the third set.
    Chins - 11,9,7 - not too bad

    Squat - 20kg 2x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x3, 115kg 1x1, 125kg 3x5 - first top set was a bit unpleasant in the SI, but keeping the knees more out fixed that in the following sets. Otherwise squats felt good.
    SGDL - 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x3, 120kg 1x1 - painful, DL 100kg 1x1 ok-ish
    Power Clean - 60kg 3x3 - these felt good especially the 2nd and 3rd reps in the sets
    Ab wheel - 3x5 kneeling

    Pulls still crappy, tried snatch grips but they were far from awesome. Power cleans felt good though.

    Bench press - 20kg 1x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x3, 100kg 1x1, 112.5kg 3x5@9,9.5 (PR) - had a good spotter this time, actually the best in my training history which is more of a status report on the general level of spotters in regular gyms.
    Weighted Chins - 2, +10kg 3x5

    Press - 20kg 1x10, 40kg 1x5, 50kg 1x5, 60kg 1x3, 70kg 1x1, 77.5kg 3x5@9 (PR) - this felt strong
    Chins - 12,10,7 - not bad, but some undesirable wiggling was involved

    Squat - 20kg 2x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x3, 120kg 1x1, 130kg 3x5@9.5 - felt much harder than expected, also there was some SI discomfort during the worksets.
    RDL - 20kg 1x5, 40kg 1x5, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 3x5 - lowered to middle/top of the knee to keep ROM painless.
    Ab wheel - 3x6

    Also did some lacrosse ball rolling on my left glute.

    Weighted Chins - bwx2, 11.25kg 3x5 - this was ok

    Press - 20kg 1x10, 40kg 1x5, 50kg 1x5, 60kg 1x3, 70kg 1x1, 80kg 1x1, 87.5kg 3x2@9.5 (PR) - hit my chin on the 80kg warmup, so my form wasn't the best afterwards. Got the PR nevertheless.
    Chins - 12,9,8 - didn't feel too strong this time, tried to keep my form in order though.
    Dips - 12 - my right shoulder pain is luckily gone from presses and bench presses. They were still present in some of the deeper reps here, so it's not time yet for dips.
    DB seated press - 20kgs 2x10 - these were ok, keeping the weight to the sides.

    I might try adding some minimal DB assistance work to the upper body days, mostly for cosmetic and added hypertrophy reasons.

    Squat - 20kg 2x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x3, 120kg 1x1, 132.5kg 2x5 - some pain on top sets so I've skipped the 3rd set.
    RDL - 20kg 1x10, 60kg 1x5, 85kg 3x5 - to bottom of the knee. A bit more ROM than last time, but still felt some pain on a few reps. Not at the bottom of the ROM though, but on the way up.

    Thanks! The Bench pr is a 2RM pr as well. Goal is new absolute PR in a month.
