Bench press - 20kg 1x12, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x3, 95kg 1x1, 105kg 3x8@9,9.5 (PR) - these felt strong
Weighted Chins - 2, +12.5kg 3x5 - felt solid as well

Squat - 20kg 10,6, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x5, 120kg 1x5 - slight sharp pain in left SI on the 4th rep, so I've stopped the session here.
Lower back is ok so far, hopefully it will be later this day as well.

Chins - 11,9,7,3 - probably the sets of 8 presses tired me out.

Squat - 20kg 2x8, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x1, 120kg 1x1, 125kg 1x1, 130kg 1x1, 135kg 1x1, 140kg 1x1 - no pain or discomfort at all, slow controlled descent. Felt a bit heavy, but not too bad.
RDL - 20kg 1x10, 40kg 1x5, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 90kg 1x5 - 7.5cm belt. Lowered below the bottom of knee, no discomfort or pain.
Ab wheel - kneeling 3x7 - no pain or discomfort but some cracking in lower back

Squat - 20kg 2x8, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 100kg 1x5, 120kg 1x5, 130kg 1x5 - no pain, 130 was heavy though with this slow descent
RDL - 20kg 1x6, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x5, 92.5kg 1x5 - no pain, just a very slight discomfort after the exercise, not during. I've lowered the bar further than last time, perhaps that's the cause.
Ab wheel - 3x8 - felt ok
