Sweet! Moving in a whole is always good, unless you run out of holes. You could always just put the belt on a drill press and make more though. :-) Grats on the chins too.

    Awesome all around!

We seem to have some good chin and pull up progress among the logs here.

Heh! Or you could be lazy like me. I used a .22LR pistol to put in another hole... Worked fine!

Holy cow on your 100lb press!!! All of your numbers, in fact, are amazing.

Sleeves are something I've considered, too. My knees squeak, creak, crunch, grind, and pop even when I'm not squatting

And then because I just had to know if I could do it yet, with my chin really over the bar: [B]strict chin up 1, [/QUOTE]

So happy for you! This is a huge goal for me too!

Ever had those times when everything is GREAT, you're sure you don't really need a deload, and then wham! all of the sudden you can't imagine getting through a regular training session?

    That was today.

    9/17/13

Power Clean 98x1,(F)x1, but I pulled that second rep high enough so it seemed right to try it again... 98x2x1

LBBS 190x2x1 I'm still messing with that bar position!

    Press 85x2x1

    GPP x4
    push ups
    plank
    curlz
    air squats

It was pretty much the most pathetic circuit ever. I was tempted to just stay on the ground after each plank.

    Conditioning
    Row sprints x13
    200m/1:15 rest

Cool down and then lots of stretching

Haha, ok, you're on! Do you do them every day? I'm trying to figure out how many to do/try without frying my shoulders.

I wasn't initially because I couldn't recover, now I am adapting and I am doing a single or double whenever I pass by the bar in my hallway.

But you didn't, and that's the most important thing. Not pathetic at all!
