Both racks were busy so I started with dead lifts. I must be getting old because I was a little peeved because the two people hogging the racks could have done their work with out blocking the rack. Similar to curls in the squat rack but not as bad.

Squats 135x5, 205x5, 235x5x2, 235x4 failed on the fifth rep. I did not keep my back tight.

Bench 135x5, 155x5x3. After the poor showing on the OHP I decided not to push the bench too much.
I am trying to figure out the effects of the beta blockers have on my lifts.

Dead lift 135x5, 225x5, 275x5x3, grip was not as good as I would like. The bar hurt my hands a bit.
Curls 65x8x3. I need to find a heavier bar in this gym

Squats 135x5, 205x5 235x5x3. As usual the first work set was the hardest. I think a jump to 245x5x3 might be a bit too much. I plan to try sets of 4 next time.
OHP 115x5, 135 x5x2, 145x4, 135x4. I noticed my recovery from a set is not good. I think it is the medication I am taking. One of the drugs is a beta blocker. After my second set of 135 on the press my heartrate was 72. Normally it would be higher.
Pull downs 50x8, 60x8 60x8 reverse grip. This machine is new to me. The weight felt a lot heavier than the stated weight. It might be me or it might be how the pulleys are set and the actual mechanical advantage they provide, or don’t provide.

Nice lifts Pete.Sticking with the same weight until the form.is perfect and maybe adding a rep or two before upping the weight sounds like a good idea.

Jerry, thanks for you comment. This approach seems to be working.
Bench 135x5, 155x5, 175x5x2, 165x5. The back off set felt great
Dead lift 135x5, 225x5, 285x5x2, 275x5. The back off set felt good. Switched to an alternate grip on the last rep of work sets 2 and 3.

OHP 115x5, 135x5x4.
Drugs keeping the heart rate down. Less than a minute after the last set of squats it was 60 BPM. I think the low heart rate affects recovery between sets.

Last set failed after two. I need to focus on form and dragging the weight up along my shins. Maybe I should switch to 2 sets of 5 while increasing the weight.

Ribs cramped after each set. Like a vest of pain both front and back. It went away after a couple of minutes.
