Dead lift 135x5, 225x5, 295x5, 300x4, changed grip from DOH to alternating after 2 reps. Then lost my grip on the fifth rep.
Dips (-65) x6x3, Left Shoulder not so bad.
Will miss Friday workout due to time conflicts.

6-25-19 - not feeling good, head cold and aches

Dips (-60) x6, x2, (-65) x2 left shoulder hurt and is weak.
I did not feel like doing the work out but I am glad I tried.

Back at gym after vacationing with the grandkids.

OHP 115 x5, 135x5, 140x5x2, 145x2 tried another set at 135 but I could not do it.

Before I started my workout, I checked my pulse and had Afib. I checked again after the squats and the pulse was regular. I did a mini-EKG after I got back from the gym and again, no Afib. I guess these are some of the extra benefits the starting strength program provides.
I had a nice starting strength geezer moment today. While I was doing OHP, a young fellow, about 20 years old, asked me if I had a program. I told him it was a starting strength and recommended the website to him. He said he thought I was going to squat wit the weight I was using but he was impressed when I started to press the weight instead. I guess it is like being asked for proof when you are a middle-aged woman. It was an enjoyable moment.

OHP 120x5, 140x5x3 success was possibly due to using a lighter warm up weight.
Pulldown 140x6, 160x6x3
Assisted Dips (-65) 6, 4, pain in left shoulder, (-75) 6
Bench was busy. I did not do Bench press.

Seriously, you guys who go to gyms to work out and do it consistently impress the hell out of me.
